TERMS OF SALE & RETURNS POLICY

This website is operated by a sole proprietorship based in Greece. Through this website, handmade, physical products are offered for sale.

By placing an order, the customer fully accepts the present Terms of Sale.

2. Product Characteristics

All products are handmade and one of a kind.

Minor variations may occur in:

color, texture, or small details
appearance due to lighting conditions or screen settings

These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade items and do not constitute a defect.

3. Prices & Payments

All prices are displayed on the website and include any applicable VAT, where required by law.

The business reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice. Such changes do not affect orders that have already been completed.

4. Shipping

Shipping is available to:

Greece
European Union countries
United States of America

Delivery times are indicative and depend on the courier service and, for non-EU countries, on customs procedures.

For shipments outside the European Union:

any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient
the business is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local authorities

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

According to European consumer law, customers residing in the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right:

the product must be unused
returned in its original condition
carefully packaged

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

6. Returns & Replacements

Minor variations in handmade items or differences from product photographs do not qualify as defects.

If a product is received damaged or destroyed during shipping, the customer must:

contact the business within a reasonable timeframe
provide appropriate documentation (e.g. photographs)

In such cases, and following communication, the business will offer:

a replacement, or
a refund

7. Limitation of Liability

The business shall not be held liable for delays or failure to fulfill an order due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to courier issues, strikes, weather conditions, customs delays, or third-party technical problems.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
